In her earlier career, Ms. Davis was a founding Director of the Merchant Banking Services practice for Barents Group, LLC managing an international professional staff and advising financial institutions, corporations and governments on acquisitions and privatizations in emerging economies. Prior, at Bain & Company, Ms. Davis was a strategy consultant to a broad array of Fortune 500 clients.
